The following terms and conditions must be read carefully by the parents / guardians of our Swimmers. By signing our application form and / or paying your termly fees you are agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions.

LAC Academy reserves the right to change / amend these terms and conditions as and when required. Any alterations will we be displayed at the pool and at www.lacacademy.co.uk

ADMINISTRATION:

• All Swimming lesson enrolments’ must be booked by calling 07759 037 527 or emailing info@lacacademy.co.uk

• All Swimmers must complete and sign one of our application forms before their lessons can start (Forms must be signed by parent / guardian / carer)

• All lessons must be paid for in advance of the first lesson and are non-refundable

• All missed lessons must be paid for and are non-transferable

• Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances agreed in writing with the Proprietor or when an Official Doctors Note is presented

• If you decide to take a break or you are leaving the Swimming Programme, then you must let LAC Academy know in writing (info@lacacademy.co.uk) before the next term starts otherwise you will be liable to pay for the next term’s fees.

• Lesson fees must be paid for by cash, cheque or bank transfer

• If swimming lessons have to be cancelled LAC Academy will do their best to contact you. For updates on closures please refer to our website or Social media.

• All cancelled swimming lessons will receive a credit note or be offered an alternative session.

• If it snows on the day of your swimming lesson, then please refer to our website or Social Media.

• We reserve the right to appoint a new teacher at any time and will notify you accordingly. We may, at times (without notification) need to provide an alternative teacher for a class or classes due to illness or for any other unforeseen circumstances

AT THE POOL:

• The use of cameras, digital cameras, video cameras, and mobile phones for photographing and / or filming in the swimming pool area is strictly forbidden unless written permission from the Centre Management and LAC Academy is granted.

• Parents and Guardians must not attempt to speak to, or distract, the Instructors / Teachers while they are conducting a lesson.

• All jewelry and watches must be removed before entering the swimming pool - Ear studs may be worn

• Swimming hats MUST be worn by both girls and boys

• Swimmers must wait quietly for their lessons and be careful not distract other lessons that may be going on.

• Any Swimmers that turns up late to their lessons will not have the time made up – no refund will be available.

• Any Swimmer turning up more than 15 minutes late may not be able to have their lesson – no refund will be available.
