Before each session, please take the time to read the guidance below carefully and fully complete the 'LAC COVID-19 Declaration' for each Swimmer in your household.

REMEMBER:

If you or anyone in your household/bubble has any of the following symptoms then please do not attend your swimming session with LAC Academy and follow Governement advice.

Please Note:

Swimmers:

• When arriving to the Sports Centre please speak to reception where you will be allocated a cubicle number. This cubicle will be yours to change in for the evening.
• All Swimmers are encouraged to come 'beach ready' for all swim sessions
• Please ensure your swimming hats and goggles are on ready to go! The LAC Team will not be able to help you fit or adjust them
• When arriving poolside, please wait in the designated areas specified to you by the LAC Team

Spectators:

• The spectators area and coffee bar will be open but please respect social distancing rules - These areas will be cleaned on a regular basis by the Centre staff

• The sessions might seem a little different to begin with but we are trying our best to keep everyone safe but still have as much enjoyment in the water as normal. There will be many familar faces and whitty chatter so we hope you will enjoy being back in the pool!
• The LAC Team will be wearing face shields as a precaution; we have decided to rename ourselves the 'Water Warriors' :-)

• At the end of the session you will be directed by the LAC Team to the exit route out of the Centre
• You will be able to use your changing cubicle after your swim but we suggest bringing a quick and warm change of clothes to avoid these areas and to reduce your touch points whilst at the Centre

• For everybodies safety please follow the rules and guidance of the Sports Centre Staff and the LAC Team
• All invoices must be paid by bank transfer, using the details found on your e-Invoice - CASH and CHEQUES will not be accepted
• Parking - Rye Sports Centre are not refunding parking fees. Instead of paying for a ticket please come to reception to collect a free parking voucher for the duration of your session.
